My approach

I offer a therapeutic space combining dialogue, biodynamic massage, and vegeto-therapy, supporting emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and deeper self-contact.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that what we experience emotionally is often held in the body. I create a safe space to explore these experiences with care, rather than force or mental analysis.

Three pillars supporting the process

1. Biodynamic massage

Biodynamic massage is a gentle therapeutic form of touch that supports the nervous system’s natural capacity to regulate.

Through slow, attentive contact, it creates conditions in which the body can soften and respond at its own pace. This often allows long-held tensions and emotions to emerge gradually, without being forced or interpreted prematurely.

2. Vegeto-therapy

Vegeto-therapy works actively with breath, bodily sensation, and emotional expression.

This therapy does not necessarily require touch. Instead, using breath and body posture, it offers insight into the emotional impact of life experiences and memories. We explore deeply held patterns that may have been formed early in life and continue to influence the present. Vegeto-therapy helps to embody a new sensation linked to those memories, which opens a space for change.

3. Verbal therapy

Verbal conversations accompany the body-based work throughout the therapeutic process.

Dialogue offers space to reflect, give meaning to lived experience, and connect bodily sensations with emotional and relational patterns. Words help us integrate what emerges through the body. This supports a deeper understanding of oneself.
